Refund / Returns Policy

1. 7-Day Return & Refund Window

Customers may request a return or refund within 7 days from the date of delivery, only in eligible cases mentioned below.

⛔ Requests raised after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.


2. Eligible Cases for Return / Refund

A return or refund will be approved only in the following situations:

(A) Damaged Product Delivered
Product is damaged, leaked, broken, or seal is tampered at the time of delivery.

(B) Wrong Product Delivered
Product received is different from what was ordered.

(C) Missing Item
One or more items are missing from the order.

(D) Expired Product Delivered
Product expiry date has already passed on the date of delivery.


3. Non-Eligible Cases (No Return / No Refund)

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, returns or refunds will NOT be accepted for:

❌ Opened products
❌ Used or partially used products
❌ Seal tampered after delivery
❌ Change of mind / product no longer needed
❌ Taste, smell, or texture preferences
❌ “Product did not work for me” (results vary from person to person)
❌ Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
❌ Orders refused at the time of delivery
❌ Delivery delays caused by courier partners
❌ Products purchased during sale or clearance (unless damaged or wrong item delivered)


4. Unboxing Video is Mandatory

For any return or refund request, customers must provide:

✅ Clear unboxing video (continuous & unedited)
✅ Outer packaging with shipping label clearly visible
✅ Product condition and seal clearly visible

📌 Requests without an unboxing video will be rejected.


5. How to Request a Return / Refund

To initiate a request within 7 days of delivery, please contact us with the following details:

  • Order ID

  • Registered mobile number

  • Reason for return/refund

  • Clear photos of product and packaging

  • Unboxing video (mandatory)

6. Verification & Approval

  • Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days

  • Additional details may be requested if required

  • Approval or rejection decision will be final and binding


7. Return Pickup & Inspection

  • If approved, we may arrange a reverse pickup or ask the customer to self-ship

  • Returned products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted


8. Refund 

your order will be replaced and exchange will deliverd within 7 days

🔹 Refund

  • Refund will be initiated within 5–10 business days

  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method only

  • COD refunds (if applicable) may require bank / UPI details

📌 Bank processing timelines may vary.


9. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Reverse pickup or return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund, if applicable


10. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

  • Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed as per timelines


11. Company Rights

Inara Ayurveda reserves the right to:

  • Reject requests that do not meet policy conditions

  • Limit or deny returns/refunds in case of repeated misuse

  • Modify this policy at any time without prior notice
