At Inara Ayurveda, we ensure that your Ayurvedic and wellness products are packed safely and delivered to you in a timely manner. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping process, timelines, charges, and responsibilities.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms of this Shipping Policy.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India, subject to serviceability of the delivery pin code by our courier partners.

If your pin code is not serviceable, we will inform you and process a refund for prepaid orders.


2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within:

24–48 business hours
(Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays)

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


3. Delivery Timeline

After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is:

2–7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

  • Location and pin code

  • Courier partner operations

  • Weather conditions

  • Strikes or government restrictions

  • Unforeseen logistical delays

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order value

  • Delivery location

  • Product weight

Any free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website or during checkout.


5. Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is dispatched:

  • You will receive tracking details via SMS / Email / WhatsApp (if enabled)

  • You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link

If you do not receive tracking details, please contact our support team.


6. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners usually attempt delivery 2–3 times.

If delivery fails due to:

  • Customer not available

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Unreachable contact number

  • Refusal to accept delivery

the shipment may be returned to us.


7. Customer Responsibility (Address & Contact Details)

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Accurate shipping address

  • Correct pin code

  • Valid mobile number

Inara Ayurveda is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.


8. Packaging & Product Check

All products are securely packed to maintain hygiene and quality.

📌 Upon delivery, customers are advised to:

  • Inspect the package

  • Record an unboxing video immediately

In case of damaged, leaked, or tampered products, issues must be reported within 7 days, as per our Return & Refund Policy.


9. Partial / Split Shipments

In certain cases, an order may be shipped in multiple packages due to:

  • Stock availability

  • Warehouse dispatch processes

Separate tracking details will be shared, if applicable.


10. Delays & Force Majeure

Inara Ayurveda shall not be liable for shipping delays caused by:

  • Courier partner issues

  • Natural calamities

  • Strikes

  • Pandemics

  • Government restrictions

  • Force majeure events

However, we will assist you with tracking and support wherever possible.


11. Lost or Misplaced Shipments

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours.

We will initiate an investigation with the courier partner. Resolution will depend on the courier partner’s investigation outcome.


12. Cash on Delivery (If Available)

If Cash on Delivery (COD) is available:

  • COD charges (if any) will be shown at checkout

  • Please keep the exact amount ready

Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to restriction of future COD services.
